Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers to scope positions, align on candidate profiles, and drive hiring strategy
Build and manage high-quality pipelines across technical, product, and creative roles, using a mix of sourcing and inbound channels
Act as a thought partner to hiring teams, providing market insights, candidate calibration, and guidance throughout the hiring process
Drive searches to close, managing candidate engagement, offer strategy, and negotiations in competitive situations
Maintain clear visibility into pipeline health and progress, proactively identifying risks and unblocking searches
Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator to ensure efficient process execution and a smooth candidate experience
Identify and implement improvements to Recruiting workflows, helping the team operate more effectively
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience hiring across a mix of technical, product, and/or creative roles
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with hiring managers, influencing role scoping, candidate calibration, and hiring decisions
Proven success in closing candidates in competitive markets, including managing multiple stakeholders and navigating offer negotiations
Ability to operate independently in a lean environment, managing multiple searches and driving consistent progress with minimal oversight
Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build high-quality pipelines across multiple functions
Experience using data and market insights to inform hiring strategy and improve outcomes
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience recruiting for consumer, social, or platform-based products
Exposure to hiring in areas like trust & safety, content moderation, or community-focused roles
Experience supporting both technical and creative organizations
Prior experience in a contract or embedded recruiting role
Experience working for a startup or high-growth tech company while developing a high-performing team.
Demonstrated interest in VR, online communities, or be a VRChat user and creator!
