Contract - Senior Creative, Paid Social

Help shape the future of healthcare through compelling paid social creative while collaborating with a passionate team of designers focused on driving performance and brand engagement.
[CONVERSION] You’ll design paid social creative that converts. You will concept, design, and iterate visually compelling paid social assets that drive conversion and user engagement while communicating our brand messaging.
[DATA-BASED DESIGN] You’ll brainstorm and design a high volume of new ad concepts to drive outsized account performance. You’ll use performance insights and growth metrics to identify patterns, distill insights, and create hypotheses for future creative iterations.
[PROCESS + SCALING]You’ll bring fresh, brand-aligned design into the Ro growth ecosystem and partner with copywriters to stretch our brand in new ways.
[UP TO DATE WITH DESIGN + PLATFORM TRENDS] You’ll stay engaged with the latest design, motion, paid social, and platform trends, as well as emerging tools and technologies, including AI. You’ll apply best practices to improve the effectiveness, clarity, and craft of creative deliverables across Meta, Pinterest, and more.
[EXECUTION + COLLABORATION] You’ll work in pods, partnering closely with copywriters and the Growth team to bring design ideas from concept to execution. You’ll create and iterate on a high volume of work quickly while maintaining strong craft.
[PROACTIVE] You’ll proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, push the work forward, and bring new design ideas to the team.
5-7 years experience in a relevant role with multidisciplinary examples in your portfolio.
You have excellent visual design craft, with stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and an obsession for pixels.
You've designed game-changing work that showcases a strong foundation of type, space, form, color, and visual hierarchy.
You live and breathe social media, and you understand the nuances of what content performs best on each platform. You may have experience with content creation.
Your portfolio showcases clear examples of direct response marketing, ideally including strong paid social static ads as well as iterative testing examples.
You are skilled with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You also have a strong working knowledge of advertising fundamentals and a passion for learning about new platforms and technologies. After Effects/Premiere are nice-to-haves.
You have extensive experience creating engaging content tailored to platform-specific formats (Meta, Pinterest, etc.).
You understand and have experience designing against key performance metrics like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and CAC. You have a demonstrated history of executing work that contributes to and exceeds key business goals. You value results as much as you value best-in-class design.
You've played an integral role in launching effective, stunning paid social work. You naturally ideate multiple concepts and directions without losing sight of business and user goals, leading to expert execution built upon discerning insights.
You have great perseverance and an iron-clad work ethic. You roll up your sleeves to do whatever needs to be done.
