Navan is looking for a Contract Recruiter to come in and help recruit and scale our teams supporting both technical and non-technical roles across the United States. You will play a critical role partnering across the business driving end-to-end recruiting. You will lead from the front by setting high recruiting standards with a focus on candidate experience and hitting key hiring metrics at all stages of the recruiting cycle.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical roles, has a strong sense of urgency, takes a data driven approach, and has a proven track record building out teams in a fast paced environment. As a recruiter at Navan, you will be the driving force behind attracting and closing top-tier candidates. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot when needed. Our team partners closely with the business, and you will have a seat at the table with the business to influence and drive results.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
