The Mission You'll Support:

Tactical supply business that provides mission-essential equipment to:
• Department of Defense
• Law enforcement agencies
• First responders

What You'll Actually Do:

You will operate as the coordination hub between customers, vendors, and the internal sales team.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Processing quotes and sales orders
• Tracking order status and shipment timelines
• Communicating with agencies and customers
• Resolving order and contract questions
• Supporting the sales team with administrative coordination
• Researching products and working with vendors
• Managing customer expectations and follow-up
• Using SAP for order and pricing management

You are essentially the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

Experience
• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales support, or administrative operations

Technical
• SAP (preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• CRM familiarity

• Government contracting exposure
• Tactical equipment interest
