We are looking for a Contract Migration Specialist to help us migrate approximately 500 contracts into our new system. The role involves reviewing, organizing, and accurately entering contract details and related data to ensure a smooth and error-free transition.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.
This is a project-based role for 4 months with the potential for regular employment as a Licensing Specialist based on performance and fit.
Responsibilities
- Review and migrate contract data into our Sirion Contract Management software with accuracy and consistency.
- Verify and validate information to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of migrated files.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues during the migration process.
Collaborate with the licensing and operations teams for data verification and quality checks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with SharePoint and file shares.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
