Key Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and challenges across all Business unit for app, website, CRM, and paid/owned external channels.
Ensure all campaign assets, content, and deals are uploaded accurately and on time.
Support onsite scheduling and placement of marketing assets to maximize visibility for deals secured by the Business Development team.
Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders from Commercial, Sales Ops, GDs to align strategies and execution.
Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Support partnership initiatives and cross-market coordination when required.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Support daily marketing operations coordination and maintain internal documentation, trackers, and schedules.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
Essentials to Succeed
1+ year of relevant experience in marketing or operations, preferably in digital, tech, or e-commerce environments (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
Able to support ANZ time zone
