You know that feeling when every deadline is met, every stakeholder is aligned, and every deliverable is buttoned up and ready to go? That's your happy place. You know when to follow up, when to escalate, and when to quietly fix something before it becomes a problem. People come to you because they know you'll have the answer, the timeline, or at least a really good system for tracking it down. You’re a true partner to the people you work with, knowing that no detail is too small to be important.
If this sounds like you, and keeping projects on track, templates up to date, and cross-functional teams in sync calls your name, keep reading. Our team is looking for a Contract Manufacturing Coordinator who can bring structure, consistency, and a touch of spreadsheet magic to our day-to-day operations. We’d love to hear from you!
About You
Like a color-coded calendar or a handy dandy Happy Planner, you’re organized to a T—all with a smile on your face, too! You sweat the small stuff so the big stuff stays chill.
Cross-functional meeting? You’ve already added it to the cal. Internal quick sync? You’re leading with joy! Communication comes naturally to you, and tracking deadlines and deliverables is the cherry on top.
Speaking of communication, you’ve got clear, concise, and considerate written all over yours! You’re always ahead of the game, beating deadlines, and working together with your team to keep things running smoothly.
A list of things that bring you joy: organized documentation, accurate templates, coordinated scorecard processes, meeting agendas, your team (<3), and a warm breakfast taco (or two!).
You once heard someone say, “The wise do not give the right answers, but ask the right questions,” and you took that to heart. You’re not afraid to ask questions internally, externally, and/or cross-functionally. Clarity is key!
You put the word “leader” in “cheerleader,” and by that, we mean: you lead with encouragement. You recognize how your team’s work supports manufacturing performance, cost management, and partner relationships. Go, team!
