About the Role

Clarvida is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee and manage contractual relationships with vendors, contractors, and partners. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing the full lifecycle of contracts while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices. The Contract Manager plays a critical role in minimizing risk, supporting operational efficiency, and fostering strong business partnerships while providing leadership to the Contract Management Office (CMO) team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the Contract Management Office (CMO) team and oversee CMO operations
• Ensure compliance with Clarvida policies, procedures, CMO guidelines, and industry best practices
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts including execution, renewal, and closeout
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Market Operations teams
• Monitor contract performance to ensure obligations are met
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Maintain organized digital records for all contract documents
• Track deliverables and payments to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Stay current with applicable laws and regulations
• Draft CMO policies and procedures
• Provide training and guidance on contract management practices
• Prepare and present contract status reports to leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
• Proven experience managing complex or high-value contracts
• Experience with contract management systems
• Understanding of contract law and principles

• Advanced degree or contract management certification
