We’re looking for a dynamic, business-oriented Business Analyst to join our Product Lab and help turn strategy into scalable, high-quality digital banking capabilities. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, shaping requirements, de-risking delivery, and harmonizing processes across teams and countries. You’ll partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk/Compliance to design, validate, and launch solutions that are valuable for customers, viable for the business, and compliant by design.

What You’ll do:

• Maintain the relationship with the external agencies we collaborate with, offering them support in carrying out their daily activities.

• Evaluate and provide constant feedback to them, in order to permanently improve their performance.

• Maintain contact with the department's external suppliers, dealing with monthly financial aspects (budgets, reconciliations, feedback, etc.).

• Perform internal audit activities, checking how the work strategies are reflected in the activity carried out.

• You will be involved in improving internal processes by creating their automation or by reviewing them and streamlining working times.

• You will be in charge of documenting internal processes and keeping these flows updated.

• You will be actively involved in ongoing projects at the team level.

• Provide support to the team and internal activity.

  
  

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

• At least 3 years of experience in coordinating collection or call center activities

• Minimum 1 year experience in banking

• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package

• Performance oriented

• Positive attitude and open to new experiences

• Skills in planning and reporting

• Professionalism, team and customer orientation

• Knowledge of English at least at an intermediate level
