About the role: This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how our growing business scales, operates, and delivers value. As the Manager, Continuous Improvement, you’ll partner with senior leaders to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and deliver measurable performance outcomes. You’ll lead initiatives end-to-end, combining structured problem-solving with hands-on execution, while also helping to build and embed frameworks, tools, and governance that support continuous improvement across the business!  Key responsibilities:  Shaping the Continuous Improvement Function  Help define and embed Plenti’s organisation-wide approach to continuous improvement, including frameworks, governance, tools, and templates Maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities, ensuring initiatives are prioritised based on strategic value and financial impact Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the business, coaching and supporting teams to identify and act on improvement opportunities in their day-to-day work Continuous Improvement Delivery Identify and analyse existing business processes and ways of working across Plenti’s organisation, using data and structured diagnostics to surface inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Design and implement practical, scalable improvements that reduce operational costs and improve how work gets done Lead end-to-end delivery of improvement initiatives, from problem definition and solution design through to implementation and benefits realisation Track and report on the operational and financial impact of improvement initiatives, ensuring benefits are clearly defined, measured, and realised Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Plenti, helping them identify where processes are holding the business back and how to fix them Build strong working relationships across functions including operations, sales, technology, finance and compliance to understand workflows and co-design solutions Communicate clearly and compellingly on findings, recommendations, and progress to the senior leadership team and executive About you:  You bring a sharp, analytical mindset and a genuine drive to make things happen. You thrive in ambiguity, quickly cutting through complexity to create clarity, and turn ideas into action with pace and confidence.  Essential Experience: 5+ years’ experience in consulting, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or similar roles Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements such as cost reduction, efficiency gains or operational uplift Strong process mapping, solution design and structured problem-solving capability—you can diagnose complex problems into clear, actionable solutions Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks in real-world environments Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders Interest or experience in AI and automation as drivers of productivity Experience in financial services, lending, or fintech environments (Desirable) Exposure to technology-led improvements (automation, workflow tools, system integration, digital transformation) (Desirable)
