Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Writing fresh and quality support documentations of our product
Write detailed guides for every single automation
Create step-by-step course materials by collaborating with the marketing and support team.
Do the keyword analysis to write SEO based support guides and documentations

Excellent communication skills
Expertise in English - (Verbal and Written)
Good articulation skills
Good understanding of SEO, Backlinks, and keywords
Ability to work in a team
Logical and creative
Must be located anywhere in India
