About the Role
We are building a next-gen content engine for high-speed, insight-driven storytelling. We’re looking for a Content Strategy Manager who is a hybrid of strategist and researcher: someone who can turn data into insights and improve the hit rate of our content pipeline. If you enjoy using numbers to decode human psychology, identifying trends before they peak, and crafting content frameworks that power growth, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Research
Content Strategy & Research
Conduct deep-dive research into platforms, audience behaviour, genre performance, and consumption patterns.
Convert insights into content angles, hooks, character/tag systems, and story frameworks.
Identify emerging tropes, themes, and high-ROI narrative formats.
Build competitive landscape analysis and monthly content opportunity reports.
Data-Driven Content Decisioning
Analyze watch time, CTR, retention curves, drop-off points, creative performance reports
Convert insights into repeatable, scalable content frameworks for writers, editors, and producers.
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to understand what is converting and why.
Maintain Meta-data tag system and derive insights from it. Think through A/B tests for hooks, thumbnails, pacing models, and storytelling patterns
AI & Workflow Optimization
Use AI tools for research acceleration, content ideation, and performance prediction.
Identify ways to reduce content development time without losing creative quality.
What Success Looks Like
You help create predictable hit templates and improve overall hit rate for content.
Writers and producers rely on you for insight-backed decisions.
Performance marketing CTR and retention metrics improve through your frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
5-8 years in content strategy, research, digital content, or performance marketing.
Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret content metrics and derive narrative insights
Understanding of short-form storytelling, TikTok/Reels/OTT dynamics, and Micro Drama grammar.
Ability to craft hooks, beats, and high-conversion narrative structures.
Comfortable working with fast-moving content calendars and multiple teams.
Strong communication skills and a sense of audience psychology.
Basic familiarity with AI tools, data dashboards, and A/B testing is a plus.
