Content Specialist (International Market)

Job Description

• Conduct deep research on the US/EU markets to identify high-potential ideas for the publishing industry.
• Read and analyze market data charts, sales performance, and consumer behavior to validate the viability of new product concepts.
• Create clear and visually aligned idea briefs (mood boards) that define the aesthetic direction for designers and illustrators.
• Work closely with the Design/Illustration team to ensure the final product matches the researched concept and meets deadlines.
• Ensure all ideas and products comply with international copyright regulations and publishing standards.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in book editor, market research, product development, or creative roles (Priority for candidates from POD, E-commerce, or International Publishing backgrounds).
• Ability to read charts, analyze data trends, and turn raw data into actionable product ideas.
• Deep understanding of Western culture and aesthetic preferences.
• Excellent reading and writing skills to research international materials.
• Basic command of Photoshop (PTS), Illustrator (AI), and office software.
• Knowledge of copyright regulations, international publishing standards, and familiarity with the US–UK markets is a plus.
