Main responsibilities
Plan, organize, and optimize the production of multi-format content, including copywriting, graphic design, motion design, and video production.
Coordinate workflow and schedules for the content production team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from briefing to final approval with the Content Lead.
Ensure content alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Conduct quality control checks for content deliverables before final submission to Content Lead.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Stay informed about content production trends, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Core requirements
Proven experience in managing content production workflows or creative projects.
Familiarity with multi-format content production processes (e.g., managing videographers, designers, and writers in tandem).
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Basic understanding of brand strategy and audience-focused content.
An analytical mindset to monitor timelines and optimize processes.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Background in advertising agencies or similar environments would be a strong advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Salary range
Gross Salary 2300 - 3000 EUR/Month.
