We’re looking for a Content Operations Manager to run our content production engine. This is the person who ensures our content pipeline moves smoothly from raw footage to edited content to published assets across all the platforms. You are the organizational spine of the content system. You are detail-obsessed, process-driven, and deeply reliable.
You are not just social media manager; you are the person who makes sure the entire social ecosystem runs with clarity, consistency, and precision.
Content Publishing & Scheduling
Publish content daily across IG, TikTok, Shorts, X/Twitter, and YouTube
Write captions, headlines, hooks, and video descriptions
Plan/post Instagram Stories and maintain a consistent daily cadence
Monitor comments & community responses to sense audience pulse
Content Operations & Project Management
Manage the full content pipeline in Notion
Maintain and evolve content calendars + task boards
Track deadlines, follow up with editors, and make sure nothing stalls
Keep Dropbox / Google Drive / File systems organized and structured
Maintain naming conventions + tagging + file hygiene
Content Review & Quality Control
Review all raw footage delivered by the team
Leave clear, detailed, timestamped notes for editors
Ensure research citations and studies are included where necessary
Review final cuts before publishing to ensure messaging accuracy
Maintain consistency in voice, tone, pacing, onscreen text
Research Support & Content Inputs
Assist with quick-turn research requests (studies, stats, references)
Help brainstorm content angles and pull supporting facts when needed
Spot opportunities for repurposing content across all platforms
You are deeply organized, systems and clarity excite you
You’ve managed content calendars, editors, or publishing pipelines
Strong writing fundamentals, especially concise, punchy captions
Analytical thinker, you track, measure, and optimize output
Comfortable giving and receiving clear, direct feedback
Thrives in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Personal alignment with animal-based / functional health principles
