Articulate is seeking a results-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to be a driving force in our content marketing engine. You will be instrumental in executing core content activities, including blog post creation, long-form content development (guides, datasheets, courses), and exploring innovative content formats for the Articulate brand. This role directly contributes to the content strategy for growth programs, ensuring messaging is adapted effectively across all stages of the marketing funnel to achieve conversion goals.
The Content Marketing Specialist is part of a team of content marketers who craft messaging and assets used to meet revenue and conversion goals. In this role, you will develop a core understanding of our customers, brand, and industry, while supporting our expansion opportunities. You will know the value behind the Articulate platform and products and use that knowledge to build content according to the business’s needs. The ideal candidate is creative, tenacious, adaptable, a strong communicator, and a proactive team player.
What You'll Do:
Content creation: Independently create a diverse range of high-quality marketing assets, including blogs, thought leadership guides, product brochures, web copy, and e-learning courses.
Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate closely with the Acquisition, Integrated Marketing, Lifecycle, Global Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on messaging and positioning and to apply these insights to your specific content programs. Be the Content Team representative for all growth-programs, such as launch campaigns, acquisition marketing programs, and other initiatives to drive our business in expansion and emerging markets.
Market insight: Support efforts for our core L&D audience while working to expand beyond it to capture new domestic and global market segments.
Innovation: Research, propose, and test new content types and channels to better engage our target market.
Program Ownership & Support: Own and execute content programs aligned to Articulate’s growth marketing strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact assets. This includes pitching, researching, and creating content that supports major initiatives such as growth campaigns, product releases, sales enablement, customer success programs, and key industry events.
What You Should Have:
2-5 years of content marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record as an amazing storyteller, compelling writer, and detail-oriented editor.
A solid understanding of content's impact on pipeline generation and website traffic.
Understanding of the content marketing funnel, relevant channels, and metrics used to drive and support revenue goals.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and a developing understanding of how to incorporate AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) into content strategy for enhanced brand and platform awareness.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally (especially with Sales, Success, and Marketing) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A proactive, tenacious, and adaptable problem-solver who can gracefully juggle new requests and responsibilities alongside core content development tasks.
Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize competing projects with minimal direction, based on organizational strategic goals
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
