Anaplan is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our Brand Content team, with a primary focus on content development, copywriting, and copyediting. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping clear, compelling, and consistent marketing content that brings our brand and product stories to life. 

You’ll work hands-on with long- and short-form content across web, thought leadership, and campaign assets, partnering closely with brand, product marketing, and design to ensure everything we publish is sharp, on-brand, and audience-ready. This role is ideal for a strong writer and editor who loves refining messaging, sweating the details, and turning complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives. 

This role is a hybrid position in the Minneapolis office. 

 

Your impact: 

  • Write, edit, and copyedit marketing content including web pages, blog posts, whitepapers, reports, campaign assets, and executive thought leadership 
  • Act as a steward of brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency and quality across all content 
  • Partner with product marketing and subject-matter experts to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling copy 
  • Review and refine content produced by internal teams and agencies to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards 
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns by developing strong core messaging and supporting copy assets 
  • Apply best practices for readability, structure, and audience engagement across all formats 
  • Maintain and apply editorial guidelines, style standards, and messaging frameworks to ensure error-free work 

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Brand, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, writing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience producing content for digital platforms, including websites and blogs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Experience working in a project management platform (Workfront, Wrike, Asana, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
Base Salary Range:
$66,000$95,000 USD
