Your mission
We’re looking for a
Content Marketing Manager to take our content to the next level across the
UK and US. You’ll shape our thought leadership, build standout content that speaks to modern workplace teams, and own the platforms that bring our story to life, from flagship reports to our website and beyond.
At
deskbird, we’re building the future of work. Backed by a
$23M Series B and trusted by leading global brands, we’re growing fast and this is a chance to create content that genuinely moves the market.
This is a
hybrid role based in our Berlin hub.
In this role you will
- Create high-quality, authoritative thought leadership content (white papers, reports, executive Q&As) that positions deskbird and our leadership team as industry experts.
- Identify emerging trends and topics to keep content timely, relevant, and differentiated.
- Manage end-to-end content production, from ideation and writing to editing, SEO/AEO optimisation, publishing, and distribution.
- Own all website copy, ensuring brand consistency, clarity, and strong value communication across every page.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Design to translate complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand marketing materials.
- Act as a brand voice guardian, maintaining consistent tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
- Track and report on content performance (traffic, engagement, lead generation), using insights and audience feedback to optimise content and improve ROI.
- Support event execution with the Field Marketing Manager, including webinars, trade shows, and event communications (pre-event promotion, on-site messaging, and post-event follow-up).
What you need to be successful
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Native-level English with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with experience owning end-to-end content production.
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices and content optimisation.
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable using analytics tools to measure performance and inform decisions.
- Experience with content operations and tools such as Webflow and/or HubSpot is a plus.
