The Role
We’re looking for a self-motivated content marketer who loves writing, editing, and amplifying compelling stories. The right person will have a strong eye for high-quality B2B marketing content and a data-driven mindset to connect content strategy to business results. This role will play a key part in scaling content programs that elevate Outreach’s narrative, educate customers, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Your Daily Adventures
Content Production
Write and edit compelling content across multiple formats, including blogs, ebooks, emails, landing pages, digital ads, and multimedia content, to build brand awareness and accelerate pipeline
Own and evolve the "Outreach on Outreach" program, including planning, producing, and distributing educational, expert-led content with a strong emphasis on video and multimedia storytelling
Partner closely with internal subject-matter experts to create video-first and educational content that helps customers and prospects better understand how to use Outreach
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, customers, industry experts, designers, and freelance writers to scope and produce relevant, high-impact content
Content Distribution & Amplification
Work with the social media team on strategic promotion across channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for flagship events, webinars, and major campaigns
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content is effectively repurposed and distributed to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI
Publish and internally socialize final content across appropriate channels based on the content dissemination plan
Support content workstreams tied to major website initiatives, including launches and ongoing best-practice optimization
Follow editorial governance and coach writers and vendors to ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and tone
Optimize content for SEO and lead generation, and monitor performance to understand impact on traffic, pipeline, and revenue
Content Management & Operations
Maintain and evolve the content planning process and editorial calendar in Asana to support scalable and repeatable execution
Own day-to-day project management for agency- and contractor-supported initiatives, including intake, prioritization, timelines, Asana setup, and cross-functional coordination
Provide clear guidance, feedback, and direction to external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget
Your Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5+ years of experience in a content marketing role at a high-growth SaaS company or marketing agency
Portfolio showcasing B2B demand generation content required
Strong experience working with freelancers, agencies, and vendors
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with many stakeholders and competing priorities
Demonstrated success driving traffic, engagement, and revenue through content
Hands-on experience with website management, analytics, SEO, and social platforms
Interest or experience in video and multimedia content planning or production is a strong plus
Proficiency or working experience with AI writing and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
Experience creating sales-facing content and/or working closely with sales teams
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
