•Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor content marketing ROI and continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand content marketing or social media marketing, familiar with KOCs/KOLs in China.
  • Deep familiarity with mainstream Chinese content platforms and trends, with strong content planning and original creative capabilities to produce high-quality content blueprints and core ideas.
  • ROI and sales driven in mindset on generating sales while working with KOCs/KOLs
  • Extensive network and successful collaboration experience with influencers/streamers.
  • Excellent content aesthetics and project management skills, capable of effectively guiding internal and external teams to execute content initiatives.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and spoken word
  • Basic English communication skills required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills, able to efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Strong analytical and Proficiency in data management skills: MS-Excel (Professional Level), Outlook, Analytics Platform, Marketplace Back-end platform​
