  • Identify emerging trends and topics to ensure content is timely, relevant, and differentiated.
  • Manage the full content production process — ideation, writing, editing, SEO/AEO optimization, and publishing.
  • Own all website copy and ensure brand consistency, clarity, and strong value communication across every page.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to translate complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand marketing materials.
  • Act as a brand voice guardian, ensuring tone, style, and messaging remain consistent across all channels.
  • Track and analyze key content metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation) to measure performance and ROI.
  • Use data insights and audience feedback to continually refine and improve content.
  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager on the coordination and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Develop communication plans for events, including pre-event promotion, on-site messaging, and post-event follow-up.

What you need to be successful

  • Native-level English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in copywriting, storytelling, and end-to-end content creation.
  • Solid understanding of SEO/AEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools to measure performance and report on content effectiveness.
  • Experience with content operations, Webflow, or HubSpot is a plus!
