At the same time, we have ambition to build an international brand by establishing an even more global presence.    We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment. The ideal candidate will lead content planning, manage social and influencer activities, support campaigns and events, and optimize performance through research, analytics, and consistent brand alignment.   As part of a multinational, tech-driven organization, the candidate will have the opportunity to make a social impact by connecting users with services that support local communities, all while growing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.   Think you are up for it? Apply now! What You’ll Do:
  • Multi-Format Content Production: Deliver 30+ monthly creative assets (14 static, 17 video) tailored to User and Driver personas, ensuring 30% authentic footage and platform-specific strategies for Facebook and TikTok. 
  • Social Media Ownership & Brand Voice: Manage the full content calendar (12–16 posts/month) across all platforms, maintaining distinct "Driver" and "User" tones with zero identical cross-platform posting.
  • Targeted Community Engagement: Execute targeted interaction campaigns for university segments and Gen Z groups, utilizing relatable scenarios to drive brand relevance and 1-ton truck utility awareness.
  • Data-Driven Performance Reporting: Analyze monthly social listening and organic metrics to identify content gaps and provide actionable creative recommendations for future campaigns.

  • High level of accountability, initiative, and professionalism to operate independently in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • What You’ll Need:
  • Design skills and technical proficiency in digital tools (Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience in copywriting and content writing (both in Bengali and English)
  • Strong social media management skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
  • Creative, innovative thinking with the ability to develop and execute content strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
