This role is ideal for a content professional with a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and employee experience, who can craft campaigns that elevate employer brand across digital channels.
- Develop and execute content strategies that position the brand as an employer of choice in South Korea.
- Create localized and engaging content that highlights the company culture, employee stories, and workplace values across websites, social media, job portals, and internal channels.
- Handle digital marketing campaigns that promote employer brand and support talent acquisition goals.
- Partner with HR, Communications, and Marketing teams to align messaging and brand voice across platforms.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, and continuously optimize for reach and impact.
- Support employer brand activations, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications for the Korean talent market.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital campaigns, or employer branding in South Korea.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Korean and English.
- Ability to translate employer brand strategies into compelling digital content.
- Familiarity with South Korea’s digital platforms, talent landscape, and workplace culture.
