You’ll join the Get Paid Business line, the team driving the success of SumUp’s Get Paid portfolio, our card readers and payment acceptance solutions used by millions of merchants across Europe and the rest of the world.
This team is focused on building the products that power SumUp’s Get Paid ecosystem — from backend and hardware development to platform and feature delivery — while also accelerating growth, simplifying the customer journey, and building clear, conversion-driven narratives. It brings together the cross-functional product teams building our Get Paid products, as well as a dedicated Growth team led by the VP Growth and supported by two Content Managers, one of whom we are hiring for this role. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, marketers, and channel leads to ensure every piece of content — from web pages to go-to-market campaigns — delivers clarity, quality, and merchant impact.
This position is also part of the Content Chapter embedded within the Central Marketing team. The Content Chapter brings together all content managers across channels and business lines, creating a unified community of practice. It serves as a hub for knowledge sharing, alignment on best practices, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of SumUp’s content standards.
This role begins with a two-year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension based on future business needs.
