Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced professional to support our Global Head of Presales in building proposals. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building custom proposals for solutions in NextGen IT, Digital and System Integration. As a compelling storyteller, they should have the ability to breakdown complex technical/business concepts into precise arguments that appeal to diverse stakeholders. The candidate will also need a good research background to understand the client’s needs from an industry’s perspective, matching them with our company’s offerings to differentiate through custom value propositions. We expect the candidate to have at least 3 -5 years’ experience of working on complex proposals, preferably in one or more of the following Industry domains - Technology, Telecom, Manufacturing, Transportation, Banking, Financial Services and/or Insurance.
Job responsibilities will include, yet not limited to:
- Read and analyze proposal/requirement documents and develop proposals.
- Work with internal teams to gather information and develop concepts.
- Attend meetings with the client to translate requirements into proposals.
- Research, write, and organize information in a professional and credible manner in accordance with proposal requirements.
- Build custom and concise win themes to highlight the value proposition, while ensuring consistency with our company’s strategy.
- Work with the pursuit team and designers to develop compelling visuals/infographics.
- Support the development and maintenance of the proposal library with accruing content, best practices, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Visual Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Pre-sales work experience in a medium-to-large Systems Integrator company with a specific focus on Product and Digital Engineering.
- Proven experience conducting in-depth interviews with subject matter specialists or groups and converting information into meaningful proposals.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other word processing documents.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and aware of different cultures to work in an international setting.
- Have excellent time management skills to meet proposal schedules.
