Content Editor

As part of our continued growth, Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our local partners, leveraging our network of 1,400 talented professionals across 10+ countries. We are on the lookout for a Content Editor to join our Content Department.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread CRM, SMM and other marketing texts: grammar, style, structure, and factual accuracy.
• Review localized content and ensure full alignment with briefs.
• Provide constructive feedback to writers and help them grow.
• Track writer performance and prepare regular reports for content team leads.
• Contribute to training sessions and workshops for writers.
• Use internal tools to verify amounts, currencies, dates, and time zones.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in content editing or proofreading.
• English level C1 or higher.
• Excellent writing, localization, and editorial skills.
• High attention to detail and strong reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with an international team.
