We’re looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Strategist with strong B2B and offshoring/professional services experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to market outsourced services—where trust, credibility, and clear value matter more than hype.
You’ll own LinkedIn-first content and campaigns that speak directly to decision-makers (founders, partners, and business leaders), supporting brand awareness, lead quality, and recruitment marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on, onsite role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and thrives in close collaboration with stakeholders.
What You’ll Own
B2B & Offshoring Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn-first B2B content strategy focused on offshoring, outsourcing, and professional services audiences.
- Create content that clearly communicates value, expertise, and trust to decision-makers.
- Build and manage a content and campaign calendar aligned with business, marketing, and recruitment goals.
- Use insights and performance data to continuously refine messaging and formats.
Content Creation & Storytelling (Hands-On)
- Write and produce high-quality B2B content including LinkedIn posts, long-form articles, visuals, short videos, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Translate complex service offerings and offshore delivery models into clear, compelling narratives.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Produce creative assets using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools.
Paid Campaigns & Performance
- Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads to support brand awareness and lead generation.
- Support Meta Ads and email campaigns where needed.
- Track performance and share actionable insights tied to lead quality and engagement.
Collaboration & Campaign Ownership
- Own campaigns end-to-end—from concept through execution and reporting.
- Partner with marketing, recruitment, and business teams on employer branding and offshore talent messaging.
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met.
What Success Looks Like
- Strong LinkedIn engagement from relevant B2B and offshoring audiences
- Clear, credible messaging that supports trust and lead quality
- Consistent, high-quality content aligned with business goals
- Confident ownership of campaigns and deliverables
Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, content marketing, or social media
- Experience marketing offshoring, outsourcing, SaaS, or professional services
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn content and campaigns
- Strong B2B copywriting and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads (Meta Ads and email marketing are a plus)
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools (preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools
- Strong organizational skills and campaign ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite setup in Clark
