Content Developer, Content (English)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer who loves working with ideas that excite children! You’ll be crafting interactive English lessons filled with stories, games, activities, and characters that make learning a fun journey for kids.

Salary: 25,000 BDT
Modality: Full-time, Contractual
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract Period: 6 Months
Department: Content (English) 
Experience Required: 0-2 years in content development, early childhood development, and teaching

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop  lesson plans, activities, and scripts based on provided themes and learning outcomes
• Collaborate with the senior executive, visual designers, and multimedia team to shape lessons
• Incorporate SEL elements (e.g., empathy, teamwork, identity) into lessons naturally
• Research kids’ trends, interests, and educational content to keep lessons engaging

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, ELT, or relevant fields
• Strong command over spoken and written English
• Creativity and passion for working on kids’ education
• Experience in writing stories, activities, or curriculum is a plus
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
