Mind Gym is hiring a

Content Designer

Greater London, United Kingdom
Remote

MindGym uses the latest behavioural science to transform the performance of companies and the lives of people who work in them. Most of FTSE100/S&P100 are clients and over 2 million professionals in 60 countries have taken part in a live Mind Gym experience, whilst many more have connected digitally.

We’re growing rapidly and have successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange. This is just the start. We have a bold vision to redefine how companies and individuals flourish, and so disrupt the market for behavioural change.

If you’re determined to make a difference, voraciously curious and brimming with an entrepreneurial spirit, we’d like to hear from you.

The Job

Join our startup’s tech team as an embedded content designer with a strong focus on UX within our core product. You'll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that thrives on continuous learning and growth through quick iterations. We all wear multiple hats to drive innovation and achieve our goals.

As a content designer, you'll play a pivotal role in creating engaging and behaviour-changing digital content. You'll champion best practices and collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, engineers, and researchers. Your knack for concise, impactful writing will be essential in producing industry-leading content.

While our main focus is on developing new content, MindGym has built a treasure trove of intellectual property as leaders in behaviour science. Your ability to evaluate existing materials and understand the underlying psychological models will guide you in transforming them into fresh, compelling content.

At MindGym, we’re as experimental in our ways of working as we are exploring new product opportunities. You’ll feel at home on the team if you want to shape our culture as much as the direction of our product.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing clear, accurate, and accessible content in plain English
  • Developing new content strategies based on user needs
  • Embedding within our product team, leading collaborative work with product design, research, product management and engineering
  • Collaborating with our behavioural scientists to design, write, and edit content
  • Combining content design and UX writing for our digital products
  • Advocating for standards and guidelines, levelling up MindGym’s brand, tone of voice, and accessibility standards
  • Incorporating user research in quick learning loops to build confidence in our work
  • Advocating for our users by challenging anything that doesn’t support their needs

  • Interest in psychology/behavioural change and human performance
