About the Position: As our Content & Demand Marketing Specialist, reporting to the VP, Marketing, owns demand creation and brand authority for the ImageX brand. This role is responsible for content marketing, organic social, events, ABM support, and partnerships, with a focus on generating high-intent engagement that supports the ImageX sales team and our outbound efforts. This is a doer role - managing content from copywriters, editing, posting, coordinating, and shipping consistently. About You: The ideal candidate is a creative, adaptable professional with excellent presentation and communication skills. You are a proactive go-getter -  attending events and talking with people gets you excited!  You are able to think on your feet and are comfortable with drawing from best practices, your own research and the knowledge of peers.   This role requires creative thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to enhance brand visibility and strengthen our public image. You have the ability to tailor your message to your audience, manage the brand and align with broader marketing goals. You are a communications expert in the digital world and you are incredibly comfortable operating in a remote environment with a global team.  As a Content & Demand Marketing Specialist, you need:
  • 3-6 years experience in B2B content, social, or demand marketing for a North American or Global market
  • Experience in an agency environment or as a solo marketer with global experience
  • Excellent communications skills (C2 level english) - including experience writing and editing
  • Experience managing Social platforms (LinkedIn, IG, FB, X) for B2B brands
  • Experience planning, managing and attending webinars or events (international and domestic events 3-4/year) and representing ImageX as a brand ambassador
  • Understanding of SEO techniques
  • Some experience  managing team members, vendors and contractors to ensure they meet deadlines for projects 
  • Comfortable working closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure content alignment
  • Tech savvy and adept with modern marketing tools (Hootsuite, Pally, MailChimp, Asana, website CMS, etc.)
  • Experience planning and managing in person and virtual events (i.e. internal culture events or attendance at external conferences)
  • Ability to adapt to a diverse range of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Experience creating content for all channels (social media, blogs, 3rd party articles, email, press releases etc.) working with internal/external teams to pull required information
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, organization, problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Able to work autonomously - managing multiple marketing projects at once with changing variables/priorities
  • Able to identify needs and proactively handle ever changing marketing deliverable, being comfortable with prioritization   
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with Copywriting and/or Storytelling
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or certifications in related fields (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration etc.)
  • Experience managing a website content using a content management system (bonus points for Drupal CMS)
  • Team and project management experience - or would like to grow into a Management role
