Why this role exists
We’re looking for a Content & Demand Generation Specialist to turn complex ideas into high-impact content across formats: Written, visual, and video content that attracts the right buyers, educates them quickly, and supports revenue conversations.
Terrascope is scaling globally with a lean team and no excess resources. Demand generation is the growth engine. If content doesn’t help generate demand, influence pipeline, or move deals forward, it doesn’t belong here.
This is a 1-year contract role by design, with clear success criteria and the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
What success looks like
Within 3 months: You deeply understand our ICPs and can clearly explain their pains using with words, simple visuals, and lightweight videos. You are independently shipping content every week across formats and channels. Sales is already using your content in outbound and live deals.
Within 6 months: A repeatable flow of content (blogs, visuals, short videos, sales assets) is contributing to measurable demand signals (e.g. inbound interest, demo requests, sales usage, campaign engagement). You’ve established scalable content formats that balance speed and quality. You are using AI to significantly increase output without lowering the bar.
Within 12 months: Content is a trusted growth lever tied to demand gen outcomes. You proactively decide what to create, what to stop, and how to evolve formats. You consistently elevate productivity using AI, templates, and smart reuse.
What you’ll actually do directly supporting demand generation
Optimize website for lead conversion: update landing pages, improve CTAs, run A/B tests, fix SEO gaps.
Manage LinkedIn content: write posts, manage company page, engage with comments, grow follower base.
Translate complex topics (e.g. Scope 3, regulation, assurance, data quality) into content buyers can understand quickly.
Support sales with content assets: create email sequences, pitch decks, and collateral that help close deals
Create written content: blogs, POVs, case studies, explainers, email copy, sales-enablement assets, linkedin posts aligned to buyer journey
Create visual content: simple graphics, charts, slides, and visual narratives that clarify complex ideas.
Create short-form video content: explainers, product narratives, thought leadership clips (e.g. screen-recorded explainers, simple talking-head videos, lightweight edits).
Use AI daily to accelerate research, drafting, visual creation, video scripting, editing, and repurposing.
Track and analyze performance: monitor MQLs, traffic sources, content engagement; report weekly with recommendations
Must-have capabilities
You’ve created multi-format content (writing, visuals, video) across channels (e.g. websites, LinkedIn, email. collaterals) in a B2B startup or scale-up; with experience in video editing and visual tools.
You can clearly communicate complex ideas without dumbing them down.
You have at least 3 years of working experience
You think of content as a growth tool, not a brand exercise.
You have experience creating content used directly by sales teams.
You are comfortable shipping imperfect work and improving it fast.
You actively use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Descript, Runway) to increase both speed and quality.
You take ownership and don’t wait for detailed briefs.
Nice-to-haves
Experience in SaaS, sustainability, climate, or data-heavy products.
Experience repurposing one idea across multiple formats efficiently.
How we work
High ownership, low process.
Speed over perfection.
Clear decisions beat consensus.
AI is expected, not optional.
Impact matters more than output volume.
Who should not apply
You want a narrowly defined “writer only” or “designer only” role.
You prefer long briefs, heavy approvals, or pixel-perfect production.
You dislike ambiguity or fast-changing priorities.
You are uncomfortable using AI as part of your daily workflow.
You measure success by content volume instead of business impact.
Who will thrive here
You’ll thrive if you enjoy turning messy, complex topics into clear stories across formats, move fast without waiting for permission, and care deeply about whether your work actually changes outcomes. You’re curious, pragmatic, and biased toward action.
What will be challenging
You’ll need to balance speed with quality, decide what matters without perfect data, and constantly adapt formats as the business evolves. Resources are lean, expectations are high, and the feedback loop is real. If that excites you, this role will stretch you in the right ways.
We appreciate all applications; however, only candidates whose qualifications closely align with the requirements of the role will be contacted.
