Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Content Creator Leader to help lead the development and growth of Nielsen's emerging content creator measurement business, positioning the company as the authority in creator economy analytics. This person should have Creator Economy Expertise which stretches across all major and emerging media platforms.
This strategic role will:
Define and execute the global vision for Nielsen's Content Creator measurement solutions
Build a scalable business line that captures the growing influence of digital creators across platforms
Develop innovative measurement methodologies that quantify creator impact, audience engagement, and advertising effectiveness
Forge strategic partnerships with major creator platforms, talent agencies, and brand advertisers
Drive significant revenue growth through new product offerings tailored to the creator ecosystem
Establish Nielsen as the industry standard for creator measurement and valuation
Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product development, data science, sales, and client success
Represent Nielsen's creator measurement capabilities with industry leaders and at key industry events
Core Competencies Required
Creator Economy Expertise: Deep understanding of the creator landscape, monetization models, and platform dynamics across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and emerging platforms
Strategic Vision: Ability to identify market opportunities and develop long-term strategies that align with Nielsen's broader measurement evolution
Product Innovation: Experience developing measurement products that solve complex client challenges in emerging media spaces
Business Development: Proven track record building new lines of business and driving substantial revenue growth
Leadership: Exceptional ability to build and inspire high-performing teams across global markets
Relationship Management: Skill in establishing partnerships with platforms, creators, agencies, and brand advertisers
Technical Acumen: Understanding of data collection methodologies, APIs, and integration requirements across digital platforms
Market Intelligence: Ability to anticipate industry trends and position Nielsen offerings accordingly
P&L Management: Experience with full profit and loss responsibility for a business unit or product line
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively across research, product, technology, and commercial teams
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in digital media, with significant exposure to the creator economy
Demonstrated success launching and scaling new business initiatives in measurement or analytics
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
Strong executive presence and ability to represent Nielsen with C-Suite clients
Experience managing teams in an evolving market landscape
Proven ability to translate complex measurement concepts into clear value propositions
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Deep understanding of advertiser and platform measurement needs
This leader will be instrumental in expanding Nielsen's measurement footprint into one of the fastest-growing segments of the media landscape, requiring both visionary leadership and practical execution skills to build a sustainable, high-growth business.

A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $100,000 - $300,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at Nielsen is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.
