We’re looking for a creative and technically curious Content Creator to transform expert knowledge into engaging learning experiences that help our customers master Black Duck’s application security solutions. 

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content. 
  • Create engaging eLearning modules, tutorials, videos, and courseware for developers, administrators and DevOps teams. 
  • Continuously improve content based on learner feedback and product updates.  
  • Contribute to the development of learning paths and certification programs.  
  • Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning, and technical education. 
  • You may occasionally be asked to help deliver live or recorded training sessions, workshops, and webinars. 

Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of experience developing training content ideally for technical audiences 
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English 
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory. 
  • Experience with eLearning tools (preferred) 
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, English, or related field (preferred).
