As a Content Creation Manager, you will involves leading creative development for digital marketing campaigns, overseeing proposals and copywriting, ensuring quality and alignment with goals, facilitating brainstorming sessions, guiding content creation, managing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely project delivery, and mentoring team members to foster a high-performing environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the development of creative ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
Oversee the creation of proposals, including wireframes and references, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
Supervise the development of copywriting and captions across all campaign elements.
Evaluate and provide final approval for copywriting quality, suggesting improvements when necessary.
Lead brainstorm sessions to inspire the team and generate innovative ideas.
Guide the development of content for digital channel launches, ensuring strategic alignment.
Manage collaboration with cross-functional teams, including account management, planning, sales, and graphic/art direction.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet campaign goals.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a creative and high-performing environment.

Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Must have knowledge of AI adaptation in the job.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within committed deadlines.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
Excellent command of both English and Thai, with strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
Understanding of basic visual elements (layout, type, and fonts) and ability to provide creative direction.
Portfolio showcasing past creative campaigns and content, including projects led from concept to execution.
Passionate about producing innovative, high-quality work and fostering a creative team environment.
Ability to create basic mock-up designs and guide the design team with constructive feedback.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving team performance and project outcomes.
