Requirements

Requirements for the Relationship Manager:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • B2B Experience: 2+ years of B2B experience, directly interacting with customers or an equivalent combination of sales and operations experience.
  • Contact Center and Back Office Knowledge: Familiarity with contact center and back office (mailroom, data entry) operations.
  • Account Management Expertise: Proven experience in account management or relationship management, ideally in a BPO or service-oriented industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events (up to 20%).
