We are seeking a Consumer Banking Operations Analyst to act as the engine behind our global banking products, specifically our USD International Accounts and Card services. Your mission is to ensure a frictionless, high-speed onboarding experience for every customer while maintaining the rigorous standards of a world-class financial institution.

Core Responsibilities: Mastering the Onboarding Engine

1. Onboarding Excellence: Ownership of the end-to-end verification lifecycle for USD account and debit card applications.
2. Verification & Audit: Performing meticulous manual Proof of Address (PoA) reviews and multi-jurisdictional Sanction Screening to ensure every user profile is accurate and compliant.
3. The Crypto-Banking Bridge: Utilizing your knowledge of Stablecoins (USDT/USDC) and blockchain networks to understand how they serve as the foundation for modern banking rails.
4. Global Rail Navigation: Applying deep expertise in SWIFT, SEPA, and ACH to manage and troubleshoot international payment expectations during the customer journey.
5. Data Integrity: Ensuring 100% accuracy in manual data entry—specifically names and address lines—to prevent downstream friction in global financial messaging.
6. Case Management: Managing complex user profiles that require manual intervention, ensuring they move through the system at high velocity without sacrificing quality.

• The Retail Banking Veteran: Prior experience in a retail banking or high-growth Fintech environment (e.g., Neobanks or International Payment providers) is a must.
• Crypto-Native Mindset: You are a user of digital assets. You understand wallet architectures and why stablecoins are the preferred rail for global value transfer.
• The "Sprint" Mindset: You thrive in high-velocity environments and are comfortable managing large volumes of applications with surgical precision.
