Our Marketing and Consultancy team works with sports rights holders, helping them build relationships with their audiences, partners and sponsors to drive business growth. And we do it by using data to help our clients better understand their fans. We then create and implement data-led digital marketing and technology solutions that improve fan experience, grow revenues and build commercial efficiency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, dynamic and ambitious person interested in working for sport’s most exciting agency at our Paris office. Working on clients such as the FIA World Endurance Championship, the Ligue Nationale de Rugby, Paris Saint-Germain and the Ligue de Football Professionnel, as well as a growing portfolio of women’s sport properties in France. 

 

Responsibilties:

Conduct data analysis and market research to provide insights and recommendations on the sports industry landscape, fan behavior, and commercial opportunities for our clients 

  • Lead and manage client projects to deliver strategic recommendations and actionable insights 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and inform clients’ decision-making 
  • Develop client presentations and consult how to use reports and insights effectively 

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with strong strategy experience & project management skills, if not directly sport then experience working with a TMT (Technology, Media & Telco) practice in reputable consulting firm. 

 

  • Strong understanding of the changing digital landscape  
  • Highly numerate and able to articulate ideas and marketing strategy off the back of data insight 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data 
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) 
  • Great self-starting attitude, keen to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Passion for sports and a strong interest in understanding fan behaviour and trends 
  • 3 years’ or more experience in strategy, consultancy or agency environments 
  • Fluency in French & English 
  • Deep knowledge of the French sports industry 
  • Not a must, but ideally experience working for a global company network
