Requirements

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Recruiter for our in-house hiring requirements. You’ll identify and onboard top sales professionals from leading companies to join our fast-paced, tech-driven organization.

Please note - This is a 6-month contractual role to begin with, offering the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

● Hunt for Talent: Leverage your 3-6 years of non-tech & sales recruitment experience to source and engage candidates from top startups.

● Sell the Dream: Use your stellar communication skills to attract and persuade top professionals to join our team.

● End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from first contact to onboarding.

● Sourcing Ninja: Employ cutting-edge headhunting strategies on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage with top talent.

Requirements:

● Proven Experience: 3-6 years of sales recruitment experience

● Sales Persona: Exceptional communication and persuasive skills, with a knack for selling the value of our platform to potential candidates.

● Industry Insight: A strong background in hiring for top startups with a keen understanding of industry nuances.
