Manager Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities :

- Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates.

- Building a ta-driven recruiting engine that helps in reducing overall TAT for hiring and bring value to stakeholders

- Collaborating with the stakeholders across the business units and prioritize the requirements.

- Driving Market Intelligence, Talent mapping, Talent Branding

- Driving positive candidate experience and engagement metrics

- Recurring sync-up with the stakeholders to make them aware of the latest status & updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 8+ years of experience in building high-performance teams for Tech & product for Ecommerce/Tech Startups / Product organizations.

- Expertise in leveraging Social media to hire across engineering, product, and design roles.

- Strong problem-solving skills, communication,and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in driving TA programs such as Hackathons and Tech talks

- Start-up hiring experience is preferred
