Requirements

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MDM Developer who will be responsible for configuration of the Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) platform from data modeling, matching and survivorship strategies, data quality rules, to the front-end user experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with master data management tools, preferably Profisee MDM.

What You’ll Do:

·         Based on defined business requirements and technical specifications, implement and maintain configuration of the Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) platform supporting all domains - customers, products, suppliers, employees, reference data, etc. That entails:

1.     Data models

2.    Matching & Survivorship strategies

3.    Data Quality rules

4.    Workflows to enable more effective master data management and data stewardship activities, etc.

·         Manage User permissions for Profisee MDM

·         Conduct data analysis and up-stream/down-stream data mapping and transformation specifications

·         Perform data verification

·         Create reports for data analysis

·         Contribute to preparing documentation related to master data processes and systems:

1.     Data Dictionaries

2.    Source to target mappings

3.    UAT, SIT, deployment documentation

4.    Solution Design Documents, etc.

·         Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that developed components are consistent with defined functional and technical needs

·         Contribute to implementation of data quality and data governance frameworks and strategies

·         Other tasks in relation to MDM, e.g., supporting acquisitions

·         Participate in deployment activities

What We’re Looking For:

·         Experience – 3 to 6 years

·         Experience in implementing data models with ability to understand and interact in data model discussions on business and technical level.

·         Experience in working with MDM process related design, e.g., defining strategies for match/merge & survivorship, data quality, etc.

·         Understanding of front-end and back-end technology, as well as interaction between technical components.

·         Experience working with process design, including translation to process flow diagrams.

·         Knowledge of and experience with master data in various source systems, such as Navision, D365 F&O/CE, etc.

·         Extensive knowledge and experience working with Excel, including PowerQuery.

·         Knowledge of and experience working with REST API’s.

·         Proficient in SQL and ETL processes.

·         Knowledge of data governance and stewardship.

·         Experience working with user interface design.

·         Development/configuration and maintenance of Master Data Management tool. Experience with Profisee MDM solution is a big advantage.

·         MDM domains like Products, Customers, Employees, Vendors, and reference data.

·         Working with data management in a complex systems landscape.

·         Data analysis and verification, source to target mapping, documentation related to master data processes and systems.
