You will work across our multidisciplinary consultancy team, with a primary focus on energy systems, digital and data-driven analysis, and carbon accounting. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to impactful real-world work—helping clients understand, plan, and deliver pathways to decarbonistation..
This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, adapt quickly, and work flexibly across different challenge areas. You’ll collaborate with a talented, supportive team of experts who are passionate about tackling the climate crisis through evidence-based, innovative solutions.
Contribute analytical expertise to projects in energy, digital strategy, and carbon accounting.
Conduct robust modelling, data analysis, and research to support decarbonisation strategies.
Prepare clear and compelling reports, technical outputs, and presentations for clients.
Collaborate with internal specialists across transport, energy, digital and systems modelling.
Support delivery of consultancy projects to time, quality and budget.
Respond flexibly to evolving project needs across the wider consultancy team.

Required:
A PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Environmental/Climate Sciences, or similar analytical fields).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems.
A genuine interest in decarbonisation, net zero, and sustainable transformat
Excellent communication skills, able to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs at pace.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience working in a consultancy environment or in roles involving technical analysis for sustainability, energy, digital, or carbon-related topics.
Familiarity with modelling tools, digital innovation, or carbon accounting frameworks.
Candidates without direct consulting experience are strongly encouraged to apply if they are driven, ambitious, and eager to learn.
