In order to strengthen our technical teams in the operations of our clients' Cloud platforms, we are looking for a senior consultant L3 specialized in Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
Your role and responsibilities:
As part of our Operations team, you will have several missions:
- Ensure level 3 operations and support on our clients' Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Be the technical reference for operational teams for our major clients
- Design and participate in deployment, configuration, and evolution projects for our clients' IT infrastructures
- Maintain effective communication with other teams in a 24/7 service context
- Manage the tracking of incident and problem tickets in our Service Management tools
- Prepare and participate in operational reviews for our clients
- Update operational documentation and propose improvements
- Participate in the on-call service
Requirements
Your profile:
- Master's degree in computer science (Bac +5)

At least 5 years of experience in L2/L3 support on Windows systems in a complex and virtualized large account environment
- Curious and interested in new technologies: you have the ability to learn new concepts and train on new IT products

Autonomous and able to propose several solutions according to functional and technical requests
- Rigorous, organized, and structured, with good integration and teamwork skills, and good communication skills
Experience required:
- Mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment and its different services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Mastery of the Active Directory and Entra ID environment
- Operational experience in network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) is a plus

Mastery of French and English, a third European language is a plus

Knowledge of the following technologies would be an asset:
- zScaler ZIA/ZPA
- Checkpoint Firewall
- Cisco LAN/WAN
