Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant to support our work with states in developing, managing, and growing integrated health data systems (IDS). FHC currently supports three State IDS projects at various phases of the lifecycle from nascent to mature. These data systems are used by government officials, researchers, healthcare providers, health insurers, and others to identify population trends and examine critical issues such as economic opportunity, opioid use, homelessness, healthcare access and outcomes, and education.
The Consultant will collaborate with colleagues to design and efficiently implement IDS initiatives that meet the highest quality standards. You will advise clients on how to leverage collected data to develop analytics and visualizations that advance state priorities. Working closely with FHC leadership, you will help implement best practices across IDS projects, monitor industry trends, identify new opportunities, and share success stories.
As the FHC lead on health data projects, you will provide subject matter expertise to clients and internal teams while delegating and overseeing all project tasks through to completion. Reporting to a Senior Consultant, you may also supervise up to 1-2 Project Associates and explore opportunities to extend FHC’s existing client relationships and build new business.
