We are looking for an experienced Consultant based in Portugal to join our Consulting Team, specializing in Rewards and Gender Pay Gap analysis for the Portuguese market. This role involves working closely with clients in Portugal to review pay gap data, prepare compliance-based reports, and deliver actionable insights aligned with local legislation and EU standards.

YOU WILL

• Review and analyze pay gap data (including Excel-based analysis) and prepare compliance-based reports for Portuguese clients.
• Lead client presentations, explain findings, and connect insights to broader compensation and HR strategies.
• Manage projects effectively, collaborating with colleagues across Europe while taking ownership of your local client portfolio.

Requirements

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR consulting, Gender Pay Gap Reporting, or Analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), with the ability to manipulate and present data effectively.
• Previous experience turning complex data into meaningful stories and presenting them to small, diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks while managing multiple projects.

• Experience in HR consulting with direct client engagement in Portugal.
• Knowledge of Portuguese pay equity legislation and understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Ability to explain complex statistical concepts and technical findings to non-technical audiences.
