As Consultancy Research Manager, you will be a key player in our Consultancy division.

You will be contributing to a variety of projects, while developing your skills and reaching new levels of expertise. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver research projects including market sizing, brand positioning and market scoping.
  • Conduct primary research (surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews) and secondary research (data gathering, company/product analysis, official statistics).
  • Lead research projects end-to-end: client briefings, methodology design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
  • Balance multiple projects concurrently, applying strong project management skills.
  • Interpret quantitative and qualitative data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Produce high-quality reports with attention to detail and impactful delivery of findings.

Requirements

  • Expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and secondary research techniques.
  • Experience managing market research projects, including client management, time management, and report writing.
  • Skilled in questionnaire design, sampling techniques, and data interpretation (Qualtrics experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, including market forecasting and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • First-class report writing and presentation skills.
  • Passion for the built environment/construction sector (desirable but not essential).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
