Oversee construction projects across the U.S. while managing site safety, subcontractors, and ensuring successful project outcomes with extended travel required.
Establish and manage site safety procedures.
Management of site, subcontractors, suppliers etc. Assist in project management (development of project scope, budget and schedule).
Develop overall project schedules and three week look ahead schedules.
Coordinate the schedules and work of contractors for building and process disciplines.
Oversee process & utility equipment installations.
Secure regulatory approvals.
Coordinate field engineering.
Manage facility start up.
Manage 3rd party testing and inspection.
Projects are throughout the U.S. extended stay travel is required.
An upbeat, positive, results oriented attitude is a must.
