Construction Superintendent

• Lead daily on-site construction operations, including managing crews, subcontractors, and materials.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively resolving delays and conflicts.

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and adherence.

• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, architects, and vendors.

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and alignment with client expectations.

• Utilize construction management software and technology to streamline processes.

• Support environmentally responsible building practices.

• Prepare daily logs, progress reports, and updates on safety, quality, and resource use.

• Mentor and coach field staff to promote collaboration and professional growth.

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.

• Proficiency with construction project management software and digital tools.

Nice to have:

• Experience in sectors such as healthcare, industrial, retail, academic, nonprofit, or multifamily.

• Background in design-build or construction management delivery.
