Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for multi-family residential projects.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship, ensuring all construction meets plans, specifications, and local codes.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage schedules, budgets, and change orders.
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities.
Resolve on-site issues, delays, or conflicts to maintain project momentum.
Oversee inspections and ensure proper documentation and close-out procedures.
