We are looking for field‑based or office‑based construction professionals with experience using software to plan and manage construction projects. Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, friendly, and passionate about improving the construction industry. Our Construction Success Managers work closely with clients by advising and guiding them through platform deployments, trainings, workflow consultations, and continuous engagement programs that ensure their satisfaction and drive Fieldwire account expansion.

What you’ll be doing

The primary responsibilities for our next Construction Success Manager will be to:

  • Working closely with prospects and existing clients (with a focus on those with the highest potential), connecting customer workflows to our technology to show how they can reduce errors and improve efficiency. You will advise and guide customers through successful platform deployments, trainings, and continuous engagement programs that ensure satisfaction and account expansion.
  • As a Fieldwire product expert, partnering with our Sales team to help customers extract maximum value from Fieldwire based on their business goals and objectives. We approach working with clients the same way we would approach any construction project: if we see roadblocks, we problem‑solve and find solutions.
  • Partnering with Sales to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles across the customer lifecycle.
  • Performing virtual and in‑person demos, trainings, and workflow consultations for customers. You are expected to be both the Construction and Product expert.
  • Consulting with customers to understand their current workflows and pain points and making proactive recommendations on how to adapt to our technology to ensure adoption and scalability.
  • Managing a portfolio of new and existing customers to improve their Fieldwire usage and processes and building and maintaining long‑lasting relationships.
  • Assisting the Product team by identifying issues and communicating customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Engaging existing customers in marketing initiatives and events that promote Fieldwire within the industry.

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Construction Success Manager to have the following skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry, ideally as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another construction‑related field
  • 3+ years of construction or construction‑related industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and present complex concepts in a clear and accessible way
  • Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues
  • Comfort interacting with everyone from tradespeople to senior leaders and CEOs
  • Self‑motivation, strong organization, and strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Desire to spend ~50% of your time talking with customers, with willingness to travel for team meetings as needed
  • Interest in learning and contributing to a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Very strong command of English, and native‑level fluency in German
