RemoteVA PH is seeking a Construction Software Implementation Specialist with strong experience in construction software setup, configuration, and internal operations.

This role is focused on internal systems and workflow design, ensuring our construction project management platforms are configured for maximum efficiency and alignment across multiple clients.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and deeply familiar with construction project workflows, capable of bridging software functionality with real-world operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Configure and customize construction software platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, JobTread) for internal operations and client-specific workflows.

-Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation into the system.

-Develop standardized templates for estimates, budgets, and schedules.

-Design and refine project workflows that align with internal and client processes.

-Set up and maintain digital project files within the platform’s document management system.

-Collaborate with internal team leads to ensure optimal platform configuration.

-Create and maintain internal guides and best-practice documentation to support user adoption.

Requirements

Requirements

-Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using, setting up, or managing construction software (Buildertrend, JobTread, or similar).

-Strong proficiency in Excel for importing, mapping, and organizing project data.

-Solid understanding of construction workflows — including estimating, bidding, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

-Excellent attention to detail and ability to design efficient, organized systems.

-Comfortable working in an internal, non-client-facing role.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

-Experience creating SOPs or internal training materials.

-Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat).

-Exposure to project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Google Workspace).

-Basic understanding of API integrations or CSV data manipulation.
